Job Description:

As the Agility Joint Program Office has continued to expand its capability building offerings over the last 12 months, it has reached a critical mass of work that can no longer be managed as part-time responsibilities across multiple employees. As a result, the Agile Joint Program Office is seeking a full-time employee to design and populate the monthly and quarterly agility scorecards, ensure team-level assessments are regularly collected, and conduct review conversations with senior leaders on the results of the scorecard. We are looking for an employee with a specialization in Change Management or Process Excellence to excel in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Download, analyze, and design quarterly agile survey data to compile scorecards for each of the Top 7 functions; this includes model creation. Create measurements and metrics. Provide insights for each scorecard, and set up meetings with executive team members for discussion (60% time)

  • Generate the monthly enterprise scorecard by downloading agile survey data and collecting project performance data, then compiling scorecard in PPT to share with FP&A (20% time)

  • Work with Agile Coaches and Product Owners to ensure team-based assessments are collected on a monthly basis; includes the refinement of those metrics and design of a reportable scorecard for them (20% time)

LEVEL BASED COMPETENCIES:

  • Technical knowledge/skills (entry, intermediate, advanced)

  • The skills required for this work require exposure to basic HR or Org Psychology concepts. Successful applicants will be looking to expand their capabilities in the HR or Agility space as an entrance into analyst type of roles.

  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and the Google Suite are also a must.

  • Intermediate skills in model creation.

  • General knowledge/skills (entry, intermediate, advanced)

  • The ideal candidate will have an emerging history of experience in the HR or Org Psychology field and a desire to grow towards a career in that area.

  • Independent thinking and judgment required

  • Intermediate problem solving skills​

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year accredited university in Psychology, Sociology, HR Management, Process Engineering, or another related Social Science field.

  • Masters Degree in a related field will be considered a significant advantage.
