Job Description:


The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for the timely posting of checks, ACH’s, credit card payments with accuracy each month. Administrators will reconcile customers' accounts and work closely with the Billing and Credit Department on disputes and adjustments while following up on adjusted differences with customers and other departments within the Company, as needed. The individual must have a strong attention to details, the ability to multitask, and work efficiently to ensure quality of work.

Essential Duties

20-25% Timely posting of cash receipts and unadjusted differences

20-25% Customer account reconciliation

20-25% Correspond with customers

15-20% Research customer claims

10-15% Update customer records

10-15% Assists A/R Manager on projects when designated

5-10% Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent

2-4 years experience, preferably in a Accounting/Finance environment
