Job Description:
The CARE Digital Learning Experience Lead will oversee the GAF virtual learning ecosystem and ensure GAF executes on demand engagement strategies to meet growing shared service business needs.
Responsibilities include development and management of a team responsible for scalable content creation. virtual learning experiences, learning system design strategies and collaboration with shared service business units. The CARE Digital Learning Experience Lead will work with the CARE Team to develop UX/UI prototypes to ensure innovative solutions align with GAF’s digital learning strategic focus. The lead will drive performance analysis and build data strategies in the virtual learning space. They will manage the administration and delivery of virtual learning user metrics and analysis of this data. This person will also be responsible for proposing innovative learning solutions while working to improve those that exist within the GAF Virtual Learning ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
40-50% Develop responsible design solutions for in the field training
Act as a team lead for GAF’s Learning Portal and Roofing Academy WorkBelt
Customize UX for GAF’s Learning Portal
Channel partner learning portal utilization and growth
Enhance GAF’s existing AR, VR, and Ai solutions including Mursion, Workbelt, gamification, salesforce, google analytics, you tube, UX research
Promote "Design Thinking" and "Human Centered Design" as the guidepost for UX and further CX in the learning space at GAF.
Continue partnerships with Web, Insights, Integrated Marketing
Multilingual offerings across channels and business units.
Promote the Learning Portal internally as a lead generation tool via Salesforce
Direct content strategy for Residential, Commercial, GAF + GAF/Siplast(Building and Roofing Science, Pro Field Guide enhancements
Roll out new experience for Distribution co-branded learning portals.
20-30% Analyze performance metrics and user data Track and score leads, impressions, enrollments, interactions, across learning in the digital space to drive engagement and user enrollment growth.
10-20% Work with GAF Virtual Learning Team to scope long term solutions
10- 20% Perform other duties below:
Work cross functionally with Learning and Development as well as GAF’s IT Team to ensure tech stack fluency

5+ years developing virtual learning solutions
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in software and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to users at all levels
Ability to quickly learn, demonstrate and reapply learning
Proficient with HTML and CSS
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Tool
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
