SUMMARY STATEMENT

The Digital Workplace Analyst will have hands-on experience, working with a variety of AODocs/Google environments that will require administration, configuration, support and training. Should be motivated, have a proactive approach, and attention to detail. Be regularly in a business unit facing an environment, communication skills are key, as is the ability to work well within a team.

Understanding of AODocs, Google Workplace Suite and other related technologies. This role will require the ability to evangelize solutions to users, troubleshoot issues and to provide advice, training and support when needed. The candidate should have a genuine passion for communication, collaboration and a commitment to continual improvement. Enthusiasm and willingness to contribute will be essential.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

AODocs/Google Support:

  • Triage incoming tickets regarding AODocs/Google Digital Workplace and Infrastructure incidents, service requests and tasks

  • Support on troubleshooting of AODocs related problems during the day

  • Troubleshoot all AODocs issues including, but not limited to user access, workflow processes, and Chrome extensions

  • Provide personal, team, and company-wide training in all AODocs and Google Productivity products and services

  • Assist users with the transition from tools like Microsoft to Google Workplace.

  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries

  • Publish and maintain support documentation for AODocs/Google products and services for team and company consumption.

AODocs Administration:

  • Administer AODocs products and services including, but not limited to Smartbar, Universal File Opener

  • Administer access and configure AODocs communication and collaboration resources. i.e. Google Groups, Team Folders, Sites, Calendars, etc.

  • Manage all AODocs libraries, features, and solutions deployed

AODocs Configuration:

  • Collaborates with internal customers to develop and document requirements for AODocs solutions.

  • Assist in designing, developing, and testing of AODocs solutions using out-of-the-box features and add-on tools, including various libraries, lists, forms, and workflows.

SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the field.

  • Knowledge of managing AODocs administration.

  • The ability to create and learn how to custom AODocs solutions using out-of-the-box functionality.

  • An understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation.

  • AODocs development as it relates to: document management; permissions; document classes; configuring workflows; custom lists et al.

  • An understanding of the principles of enterprise content management.

  • Knowledge of configuring and administering AODocs Admin Console, and AMT migration tool.

  • Knowledge of Awesome Table is a plus

  • A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to deliver advice, support and effective training.

  • The ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.

  • Degree of creativity and problem solving.

  • Willingness to work in an energetic environment with fluctuating priorities.
