Job Description:

The Senior Case Management Specialist will deliver HR ServiceNow solutions and configurationsfocused on ensuring top-notch employee experiences. This role will support change management effortsinternally and externally, and partner with a high performing team of HR professionals. The Senior CaseManagement Specialist will lead and manage projects focused on centralization of transactional activitiesthrough organizational and process redesign as well as program and policy improvements. The successof the individual in this role will rely on strong collaborative relationships, stellar system skills, and initiativeto maintain and expand the HR ServiceNow technology to drive a positive and efficient employeeexperience. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison and subject matter expert to functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Participate in working sessions with HR/COE Functions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements

  • Support the development and implementation of the Portal knowledge content articles

  • Participate in the governance model for enhancement feasibility, prioritization, requirements, and change management

  • Monitor usage and adoption of HR ServiceNow system enhancements and support continuous process improvements activities

  • Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping for the emerging capabilities

  • Support systems training and development of team members

  • Assist in the execution of all phases of the content management life-cycle (e.g., defining roles, publishing workflows, setting permissions, authoring, editing, performing knowledge audits, optimizing search results, etc.).

  • Provide reporting and configure controls to ensure such content is maintained and current.

  • Provide reporting and metrics dashboards to management to facilitate team and process assessments.

Technical Skills:

  • Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rule.

  • Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.

  • Creation of Glide Record object and use of several other important objects as these objects are created for you when your script is called.

  • Creation of custom related list.

  • Creation of Access Control List with the help of Scripting.

  • Creation of Script-based UI Policy and Client Script.

  • Glide Ajax, Glide Form (gform), Glide User (guser), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide

  • Element, Glide Aggregate

  • Querying the table by using Glide Record

  • Referencing Glide List

  • Debugging script

  • Creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly

  • Working with complex Log Files.

  • Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in with the help of Jelly

  • Designing of Macros and Formatters.

  • User Administration

  • Should have experience on ServiceNow – Workday Integration using REST

  • Self-starter with willingness to support strategic priorities and take ownership of assigned projects/initiatives to contribute to results and ability to work with a minimum supervision

  • Excellent planning and project management skills

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is a plus with an expertise on HR Service Delivery

  • Candidates should have 5 years of HR experience and 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or NeoCase HR administration in an enterprise environment.

  • Previous customer service experience supporting multi-site or remote clients

  • Previous experience working in a multifaceted HR environment with COE’s, systems and vendor interface. Previous call center and case management experience preferred.

  • Workday/HCM familiarity

  • Project implementation experience
