We are seeking an experienced TA Operations Analyst to work closely with the TA Operations Manager supporting all operational aspects of recruiting for GAF. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to enhance our systems, processes, data, and metric analysis, and drive operational excellence across GAF. You will execute and deliver technology-related projects and reporting insights that have wide-reaching impacts on GAF. This newly created role will report to the TA Operations Manager and join a TA Team that is passionate about collaboration, process efficiency, user experience, and data-informed decisions.

Essential Duties:

  • Create standard reporting packages and dashboards for consumption by internal audiences (e.g. executive, leadership team, hiring managers, recruiting team)

  • Optimize ATS/CRM reporting and dashboard configuration in addition to supporting scheduled and ad-hoc reporting efforts

  • Perform analysis of metrics, uncover and interpret trends in data, and provide data-informed recommendations

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for TA Team

  • Analyze, assess and resolve recruiting system (ATS, CRM, etc.) issues and inquiries, including system integrations and product upgrades

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our HRIS and IT teams on integration designs and enhancements, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance

  • Assist in optimizing the recruiting tech stack, staying on top of new tools in the market and emerging technologies

  • Develop training resources associated with new functionality and processes related to systems and reporting dashboards

  • Collaborate with partners across several teams, including Recruiting, HRIS, Finance, IT

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in HR/TA Analytics or Recruiting Operations with a focus on recruiting data and insights

  • 5+ years of professional experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, quantitative focus strongly preferred

Additional Preferred Experience:

  • Working knowledge of employment law and regulations and requirements

  • Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to optimize it for efficiency and quality using technology and reporting

  • Experience working with ATS (Workday and/or Tenstreet)

  • Vendor management experience, managing contracts, and timelines

  • Highly analytical, creative, and innovative when solving problems

  • Hands-on systems configuration experience (experience as ATS “admin”) with a proven understanding of change management

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills

  • Experience partnering across interdisciplinary teams

  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and work independently

  • Advanced reporting skills, including the ability to build and maintain recruiting metric dashboards preferably in Google Sheets
